My name is Christian Pickard, I am from Bemus Point N.Y. Bemus Point is a little town on Chautauqua Lake where summers are spent boating and winters are spent at the Mountain. I am a senior at Champlain College and it is getting to the end of my college carrier and it is time to start thinking about my future. After graduation a group of friends and myself are heading out to the West coast. For a couple years we plan to work on different mountain swing chairlifts and what not in hopes to build some good relationship with locals. After a couple years of saving up money and hunting for the best location my friends and I plan on opening a homemade pizza restaurant/ cafe. Are goal is to not have to hire any other employees outside our group of friends. Our financial goals are to be able to feed our selves and afford to ski multiple times week. If all my dream come true I will be able to be a ski bum, entrepreneur, and enjoying life with the people I care about the most.
